In his claim that the Rapture will happen on May 21, 2011, isn't Harold Camping actually committing heresy?

I agree I don't know why people are listening to him... The guy was wrong in 1994 for making the same prediction. For someone who believes in God the way he does, he missed the part in the bible that says NO MAN, No ANGEL... What's he going to do when May 21st comes and goes?
