By definition, wasn't Constantine a "Nicolaitian" by his own admonition?

I interpret Nicolaitan to be the Nicean council of 325 AD , where Emporer Constantine sided with the belief that Jesus is in fact God . Which I believe is wrong , because of Jesus' very words in Matt. 19:17 " Why callest thou me GOOD ; There is none GOOD but one , and that is my Father in Heaven ."
