Do you think he really likes me or just wants sex?

so theirs this guy at work who started flirting with me all the time and one day he asked me for my number so we started texten each other and he would somedays say good Morning to me and other he wouldn't and sometimes he would call me hun. so we have been flirtin and stuff through text but we still have not hung out side of work cuz its hard when i don't drive and nether does he and anytime i wanna hang he want to hang at his place and i know what that will lead to and i don't want to just do that i have told him that and he says that he doesn't want a girlfriend right now and when we text he sometimes text me back and other times wont it makes me mad and sad n i just keep textin him different stuff should i back off a little. and one day when i asked him if sex is all he wants he said no he wants the whole thing which to me i thought he meant that he wanted a relationship but he said no that we could just have fun and see where it goes n i am not stupid to me it seems like he just wants sex but he keeps telling no that's not all he wants. so can someone help me out
