Does she like me or am i wishful thinking?

Once a gay guy friend said to me "Hun don't bother with the straights, they will just break you're heart"..He was indeed correct. See the thing is as a gay girl it is so difficult to not fall for a straight girl and it can be hard to tell the difference between wishful thinking and truth. There is this girl who goes to my youth group, and we get on very very well i make her laugh, she makes me laugh. (Some may say her laughter is over the top at my jokes) But i can not help but notice that she looks at me alot. Every time i turn around she is looking at me. But i mean im not stupid enough to do anything about it, i have no idea what she's into guys or girls. I just wanna know what her constant gazing at me means.
