Getting made fun of because I have curves?

Okay so i'm 13 a girl and I'm a thin hourglass shape (I have a Kim Kardashian shape) People call me a little Kim Kardashian cos I have big hips and a booty and I have 34B boobs. I started getting a booty at like 11 years old and hip also at 11 years old. Girls make fun of me and Guys just stare. Girls will come up to me and be like "Sorry hun, but, guys don't like girls with fat butts and huge hips" My friends always say they are jealous it still makes me sad that they make fun :( They also say "You have Kim Kardashian curves and she doesn't look good in a bikini" I try to ignore but, its hard with them saying things all the time.
