How to forget about Call of Duty?

I really like shooter games like grand theft so I got Black Ops and it's kinda scaring the shi* out of me. I played for sometime then watched Parks and Recreation then I went to bed and was laying there with the light on and I could hear the guns being fired in the back of my mind. I thought it was dad watching tv... But it wasn't. I am also a girl btw. So yeah it's kinda clique.
