Where is this relationship going?

I met this man whom I went out on a date and of course we slept on the second date. Then two days later I go to a nightclub and find him kissing a woman. So I figured well were just dating and I guess I wasn't his type. Then that same night he drives me home cuz I couldn't "drive", he apologizes for what he did and I say nothing. I never got jealous and acted like it didn't bother me when it really did. So he asks me out a few more times and we go out. He sends me texts about three times a day, calls me every night to say goodnight, and now calls me hun. I've caught him a few times saying I'm his gf but in front of his friends he says im his friend. So then we go out on the town again and girls flirt with him and he flirts back. So I just have fun and talk to everyone there. This time Im thinking were just friends with benefits then. So when were about to leave a man approached me at a nightclub and invited me to an after party and my guy starts shouting at the man, and mentions "this is my girl, lay off". loll so now i think he has jealousy issues. We leave in one car and asks why I kissed his friend. That never happened so I told him I talked and danced and nothing else. Then I mention that I really liked him and I only intend to see him, "if I'm sleeping with you then I see no reason to sleep with anyone else, I know men sleep with tons of women on the same week but thats men". Then he has a comeback for that and states that he hasn't slept with anyone else as well and intends to keep it that way because he respects me. So then later on he takes me to the airport cuz I was going away for the weekend and called me everynight to see what I did and to see if I was doing well. Honestly I wasnt taking this man seriously because he kissed a girl in front of me the first time but now I have no idea what this man wants. I'm shy to ask only because we've been going out for about only a month and figured its early to pop the question, "are we bf and gf? or are we friends w/ benefits? or are we dating?" We are both 25 yrs old and both have successful careers. Please serious answers only and no judgments as well, I know this story may be taboo for many. Any advice?
